10 Week Mindfulness Course
This course will begin March 20, 2022 and run through May 28, 2022 and will take 1.5 hours per week.

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your body, mind, breath, and environment, in a non-judging way, to bring awareness to the present moment.
Mindfulness may have many benefits such as:
- reducing depression and anxiety
- improving memory, focus, and cognition
- lowering blood pressure
- reducing pain
- improving sleep
and many, many more things.
I Can’t Meditate!
Sure you can! Many people worry that their minds are too busy for meditation. We will explore different kinds of meditation and be kind to ourselves and each other and meet ourselves where we are with our body and practice right now.
Meditation is about being aware of the present moment…everyone’s mind wanders! The key is to notice it and to bring it back to the present.
I will guide you and provide you with as little or as much support as you need to feel successful in this practice.
The only prerequisite for this class is an open and willing mind.

Week 3 – Mindfulness of the Emotions
Week 4 – Being With What’s Difficult
Week 5 – Loving Kindness & Compassion
Week 6 – Communication & Leadership
Week 7 – Resilience
Week 8 – Mindfulness for Anxiety
Week 9 – Mindfulness for Work & Career
Week 10 – Moving Forward Mindfully
This course will be video-based with printable support materials.
Bonus: There will be additional audio recording meditations for you to use throughout the program and beyond.
